Twenty-first Hall - Ceiling
The Twenty-first Hall Tavern is an abandoned tavern near the ceiling of the Twenty-first Hall inside the dwarven kingdom of Moria. The history of this tavern is unknown and there is no direct route because the chain that once held the lift that allowed access to the tavern has long since broken. The only way to enter the tavern now is to drink from an enchanted Moria Keg which gives those who partake of its forbidden nectar a one in five chance of being teleported to the tavern. |
