The Stangard Tavern sits in the scenic Rohirric town of Stangard in The Great River area. While kegs of ale are stacked along the walls, and a drunk member of the Rohirrim is passed out at a nearby table, this Tavern is one of several in Middle Earth who refuses to serve weary travelers. So if you're passing through The Great River and hope to find a cool drink in this quaint town, you're out of luck. Because unless you're kissing cousins to a citizen of Stangard, your chances of finding refreshment here is about as good as Sauron obtaining the One Ring. It's just isn't going to happen. |
